The Brazos Project is a large-scale horizontal development targeting the Strawn Formation along the Eastern Shelf of the Midland Basin in Texas. The project is founded on modern geological interpretation that prioritizes carbonate reef and reef-margin systems—specifically the Strawn A, B, and C intervals—where historical production and recent horizontal results have consistently outperformed conventional deltaic sand targets. These intervals represent regionally extensive, migration-charged carbonate carrier beds that have demonstrated strong oil recoveries when developed with horizontal drilling and modern completion techniques. The full development plan consists of 54 horizontal wells, designed to systematically capture stacked pay potential across multiple Strawn intervals in a proven, repeatable oil-prone fairway
